We offer flat rate shipping within the United States for $4.90 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 when you use code MINILILASHIPS at checkout. 

We ship worldwide! For orders to Canada, flat rate shipping is $15.  For orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, flat rate shipping is $18. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees related to customs. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with these before placing your order. And please be aware that due to the higher costs of shipping internationally, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on international orders. 

Your order will be processed and shipped generally within 3 business days.

At times of higher volume (e.g. holiday, sale, launches) it may take up to 5 business days to process your order. We typically ship via USPS and shipping times vary between 1 and 5 business days. International shipping may take up to 3 weeks, which can also be affected by customs & the individual country.

We are proud to offer beautiful high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchases.  If you are not delighted with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.

If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email hello@minilila.com and we will assist you.

Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing.  We have some helpful washing tips here or if you are unsure, please email hello@minilila.com for advice.
